AAM340CE features an Advanced Auditorium body shape with a top sound port and an Advanced Access cutaway constructed of a solid African mahogany top with X-M bracing on laminated African mahogany sides and back with a high gloss finish.
The soundhole is round with abalone and wooden rosette with binding and the top is bordered with rounded edge black binding. It has a Thermo Aged African mahogany neck with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with small white dot position markers.
Components include a compensated dyed black bone saddle in a scalloped rosewood bridge with black Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a dyed black bone nut, and chrome Ibanez die-cast tuning machines.
