The AAD50CE features a grand dreadnought body shape with an Advanced Access cutaway constructed of a solid Sitka spruce top with X-M bracing on laminated sapele sides and back with a low gloss finish.
The soundhole is round with a black and white acrylic rosette with binding and the top is bordered with wooden purfling and black binding. It has a okoume neck with a 20-fret purpleheart fingerboard with a rounded edge, white dot position markers and luminescent side dots. Components include a compensated bone saddle in a purpleheart bridge with black Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a bone nut, a black pickguard and chrome Ibanez die-cast tuning machines.
Electronics consist of an Ibanez T-bar undersaddle pickup connected to an Ibanez AEQ-TP2 pre-amp with onboard tuner and feeding balanced XLR and ¼” outputs.
